Washington Residents Arrested After Police Serve Search Warrant

(KNOX COUNTY) - On Tuesday afternoon Indiana State Police attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant for a female that was supposed to be staying at 400 Felt King Road, Apartment 5, in Twin Maples Apartment Complex, Vincennes.

The female was not found in the apartment at approximately 12:15 p.m., but troopers found drug paraphernalia and small amounts of meth in three separate locations throughout the apartment.

Troopers arrested the tenants, 19-year-old Rachel Harris and 27-year-old Anna Russell and transported them to the Knox County Jail. 28-year-old Christopher Farley and 23-year-old Brandon Goble, both of Washington, were also inside the apartment visiting.

Farley and Goble originally gave troopers false information concerning their identities. When troopers searched Goble they found two snort tubes containing a small amount of meth. They were both arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.

  2. Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class D Felony
  3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor

Christopher A. Farley - Washington, IN

  1. False Informing, Class A Misdemeanor
  2. Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class B Felony

Brandon W. Goble - Washington, IN

  1. Possession of Meth, Class B Felony
  2. False Informing, Class A Misdemeanor
  3. Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class B Misdemeanor
