Two Arrested Selling Drugs Near Worthington School

(WORTHINGTON) - The Greene County Drug Task Force raided a home early Friday morning near the White River Valley Worthington Elementary School.

Arrested were 28-year-old James Belkiares and 24-year-old Katie Butler-Shipley.

Belkaires faces charges of dealing marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

Butler-Shipley is charged with a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. The pair was arrested after the Task Force served a search warrant at the home on North Myra Street. Police say other charges are pending.
