(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University Police did not initially arrest 18-year-old Keegan Leisz, for public intoxication, or illegal consumption, but they did after he allegedly hit an IU Health Bloomington Hospital nurse.
Police found Leisz intoxicated and unconscious at about 3 a.m. Friday on the fourth floor of Foster Harper. An ambulance was called to take Leisz to the hospital.
Police were called to the hospital at 5:30 a.m. after Leisz became combative and hit a nurse in the face. He was arrested and charged with battery of a health care worker, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and illegal consumption.
