* The board approved a contract with Christine Mathue, Architect for Transit Facility Renovation so that improvements to the TASC bus garage could be made. The building needs a new roof, plumbing so it can be storm water compliant, new windows and the offices need renovated. The improvements will not cost tax payers any money, because the projects will be funded with $188,000 in stimulus funds.

* The board approved a Transit Procurement Guidelines Amendment Dispute Resolution. The state required the adoption of the resolution. The resolutions allows the city and contractors with disputes to come to an agreement without binding arbitration.
