(TASWELL) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an ATV accident that occurred in Crawford County on Saturday that injured a 16-year-old Taswell boy.
The Crawford County Sheriff's Department were called to the accident around 12:30 p.m. The accident occurred on Jericho Road in rural Crawford County.
According to officers the ATV left the roadway and hit a concrete culvert. The teen suffered serious injuries, including head trauma. He was flown by helicopter to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville. He was not wearing a helmet or any other safety equipment.
