Bomb Threat At Morgan County High Schools

Last updated on Wednesday, February 22, 2012

(MORGAN COUNTY) - A bomb threat was called in to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department this morning (Wednesday) around 7 a.m.

The caller said there was a bomb at the high school, but did not say which high school before hanging up the phone.

While law enforcement officials have doubts about the credibility of the caller, they take all such threats seriously, Morgan County Sheriff Robert Downey said.

All four high schools in the county are being searched to make sure there are no bombs.
