(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police notified several businesses Monday of a suspicious man in the area.
54-year-old Russell Jackson is under investigation by the Fishers Police Department, but he was most recently seen in Bloomington.
He is 5' 10" tall, with brown hair and green eyes and drives a 1966 Green Dodge Van with license plate number 138BLP.
Police cannot currently arrest Jackson, but Bloomington Police Department Lt. Bill Parker say police are monitoring his movements in the city.
Individuals who do not want him in their business can call police and request his removal. Those who make contact with Jackson are asked to call police.
