(BEDFORD) - Construction on a proposed subdivision on Quail Ridge Drive is set to begin.
Members of the Bedford Plan Commission Tuesday afternoon granted preliminary approval to Gary Ray of Built Rite Construction to construct a subdivision of single family dwellings with three bedrooms and two baths on Quail Ridge, between A and B streets behind Jiffy Treet.
Ray said he planned to undertake the project in two phases. He welcomed any suggestions in regard to sidewalks, lighting or other matters.
