(MARTINSVILLE) - A 19-year-old Martinsville man is facing charges after a 13-year-old girl said she had sex with him. (Daily Journal)
Police arrested Ray Anthony Brown on Saturday on a charge of child molestation.
The investigation began after the girl's parents found Brown in the girl's bedroom, police reports say. The girl told police the two had sex at a previous time in her bedroom and again in his truck.
Brown was being held on $20,000 bond at the Johnson County Jail Tuesday.
