(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University has been accused of discrimination. The former director of a scholarship program has filed a federal complaint against the university, claiming gender and equal pay discrimination.
Virginia LeBlanc resigned on Aug. 22, 2010. She filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Sept. 1, 2010.
LeBlanc is the former director of the Hudson and Holland Scholars Program at IU, which primarily serves African American and other minority students.
