(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County government announces EGIS is now on-line. EGIS, is an enhanced delivery of mapping information.
The Internet site features aerial photography, parcels, roads and detailed property tax information.
There will be a free public training session to find out how to use the new website and how the site can benefit individuals. No computer experience is required to attend the event.
The training will be held at the Bedford Chamber of Commerce conference room on 16th Street, on January 24th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; noon to 1 p.m.; 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
