Wal-Mart Reopens After Bomb Threat

(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Wal-Mart was closed and evacuated yesterday morning after a bomb threat was found on a note in the bathroom, there were two copies of the note.

The threat was reported at 10:48 a.m.

Crews from the Bedford Police Department and the bedford Fire Department, as well as the Crane Military Base, swept through the store and found no bomb.

Officers received the call shortly after 11am and building was evacuated.

Shortly before two o'clock yesterday afternoon shoppers and employees were allowed back into the store.
