(BLOOMINGTON) - Union workers at Vectren’s Bloomington field office will be back to work today.
Local 1393 of the International Brother of Electrical Workers and the company reached an agreement on a new 3-year-contact Thursday morning following a 12-hour negotiation session with a federal mediator.
Workers voted on the contract at 9 p.m.
The contract also covers United Steelworkers Locals 122113 and 7441.
Workers were locked out of their workplace on Dec. 16, when the two sides couldn't agree on a new contract.
