(OOLITIC) - Members of Occupy Bloomington delivered $1,775.00 to Ronnie Watson of Carpenters Local 8093 on the picket line outside Indiana Limestone Company on Tuesday.
The fundraiser was held Saturday evening at Max's Place in Bloomington.
The event raised money for members of Carpenters Local 8093, who are on strike at Indiana Limestone Co., owned by Resilience Capital Partners of Cleveland, Ohio.
Proceeds will go to buy Christmas toys for the worker's children. Toys and food were also collected.
