Last updated on Wednesday, December 21, 2011

(BLOOMFIELD) - A Greene Circuit Court judge has denied a motion to reduce the bond for the second time for Brandy Logan.

34-year-old Logan was charged with child molesting and requested her bond be reduced from $40,000 surety with 10 percent allowed to $10,000 surety with 10 percent allowed.

Circuit Judge Erik Allen denied the request. A pretrial conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 18.

According to a probable cause affidavit court records, Deputy James O'Malley interviewed Logan at the Greene County Child Protective Services Office in Bloomfield on June 22 in connection with an incident that had allegedly happened June 17 between her son and a family friend.

Logan reported that around the year 2009 she had been chatting with an online friend, whom asked her to perform a sex act on a child.

She then described for investigators going to the child's bed and performing the sex act.
