(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana Conservation Officers arrested 56-year-old Terry Barnes, of Medora, for battery and public indecency at Cutright State Recreation Area near Bloomington.
The DNR Law Enforcement Division received information regarding a post made on the internet soliciting indecent acts and the person interested was to meet Barnes at Cutright.
Officers arrested Barnes in a public restroom after he approached an undercover officer and initiated actions that led to the arrest.
Indiana Conservation Officers encourage patrons to report suspicious activity on DNR properties by contacting the South Region Headquarters at (812) 837-9536.
