Man Attempts To Abduct Child In Seymour

(SEYMOUR) - Jackson County Police are looking for a man who tried to lure a 5-year-old Seymour girl into his vehicle Sunday night.

The incident occurred just before 6 p.m. in the area of Mutton Creek subdivision, east of Seymour.

The man was in a white Pontiac Grand Prix and was wearing a green plaid shirt and has brown hair.

The man asked the girl to help him look for his dog.
