(NASHVILLE) - 41-year-old Jackie Hampton, of Seymour, was arrested outside the Circle K gas station on State Road 46 and Salt Creek Road in Nashville Tuesday.
Brown County Sheriff deputies arrested Hampton after receiving a tip about possible drug activity.
Police were told that 40 Xanax pills were left hidden in the bathroom for a woman to pick up. Police found the pills, left them and watched.
Hampton went into the men's bathroom and then left. Police stopped Hampton and found the plastic bag full of the pills. She was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of schedule IV narcotics.
