(BICKNELL) - A Valley dad is busted for driving high while his 3-year old daughter was a passenger.

Indiana State Police arrested 27-year-old Warren Riker III of Bicknell just before 10 Saturday night.

Police say he committed multiple traffic violations and was finally stopped in the area of 6th and Dubois Streets in Vincennes.

As police were taking him into custody, Riker reached for his front pocket.
There, police found a syringe.

They also found a pill bottle with a white-powdery substance.

He was taken to a local hospital where it was found he was high on meth and benzodiazepines.

His girlfriend and 3-year old daughter were passengers in his car.
