(Bedford) - Bedford Police arrested two people Wednesday on public intoxication charges after two different incidents.
38-year-old Bucky Charles was arrested on charges of public intoxication after he went to an office building on the 900 block of 16th Street, drunk.
30-year-old Dusti Neff, of 432 Q Street, was arrested after she attempted to take items from JC Penney's Wednesday night. Neff was charged her with public intoxication, attempted theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.
