Last updated on Monday, October 17, 2011

(WASHINGTON) - Authorities say a man who was living in Missouri under four different names was returned to Indiana Friday to face charges in a fatal crash on Jan. 9th that killed 29-year-old Kristy Blanco, of Washington.

22-year-old Jesus Perez Hernandez is being held on $1 million bond Friday in Pike County Jail.

He faces charges including operating a motor vehicle causing death and involuntary manslaughter.

Washington Police say tests showed Hernandez' blood alcohol level was more than twice Indiana's legal limit.
