(WASHINGTON) - 39-year-old Russell David Edwards, of Washington, was arrested by Washington police at 5:54 a.m. Friday after a caller reported a man was pounding on the windows at 812 1/2 W. Walnut St.
Officers found the back door had been kicked in and Edwards was inside the residence. He was charged with residential entry and criminal mischief.
Edwards was released on $4,500 bond.
