(WDRB) - A year after a Sullivan University student was last seen, police still have not been able to find his body.
Andrew Compton disappeared from his dorm room on October 28th, 2010.
40-year-old Gregory O'Bryan confessed to meeting the 18 year old student on a gay dating website. He also admitted to having sex with Compton at O'Bryan's Highlands apartment and says Andrew died during sex.
O'Bryan says he put Compton's body in a TV box and threw it in a dumpster. Police searched a Medora landfill, but never found Compton's body.
O'Bryan is charged with murder, sodomy and abuse of a corpse and could face the death penalty when he goes to trial next year.
