Last updated on Monday, October 10, 2011

(LEAVENWORTH) - Conservation officers and volunteers continue to search the Harrison-Crawford State Forest for 25-year-old Kevin Eve.

Eve has been missing since Oct. 1.

The search has been scaled back, according to Indiana Conservation officer Cora Showalter.

A small group of volunteers searched the forest, while a group of conservation officers checked caves in the area Saturday. They have found no signs of Eve.

One group covered the area near Interstate 64, which is located about 1 mile in a straight line northwest of the location of where Eve's vehicle was located last Monday.

The second group, taking three search dogs from Jefferson County KY. Coroner's Office, covered an areas along the Adventure Trail that starts at Wyandotte Lake and runs to the Ohio River.
