(SULLIVAN) - A Sullivan mother faces felony charges of crashing her SUV while intoxicated with her children inside.
Police discovered Lee Ann Bedwell's SUV overturned Wednesday afternoon on County Road 700 East, just north of County Road 225. The 24-year-old and her three small children were found at their home a half-mile away.
No one was injured, but police say they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home.
Bedwell was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a child, and neglect of a dependent, other charges are pending.
Bedwell's boyfriend, 38-year-old Ernest Arnold, who is the father of her youngest child, was also arrested and charged with drug possession and neglect of a dependent. Both are being held in the Sullivan County Jail.
