(MITCHELL) - Voters in Mitchell will have a chance to not only hear from candidates seeking municipal offices, but they’ll also have the opportunity to ask the questions in a candidate forum sponsored by theoldieschannel.com.
The forum will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday night in the Mitchell High School auditorium. Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and the event is expected to last about 90 minutes. It's free and open to anyone who wants to attend.
Questions for the candidates can be submitted in advance by sending an email to mitchellvoters@gmail.com.
The questions will be pre-screened by the moderators and the candidates will not know who asked the questions. Questions also can be submitted today.
The questions can be general questions, or directed to one candidate in particular. Questions will be taken until 6:50 p.m. the night of the forum.
