(BEDFORD) - Two men were arrested Saturday at 5 p.m. after a traffic stop at Ind. 37 and 39th Street.
33-year-old James S. Byrd, of Norman was charged with possession of marijuana.
The driver, 56-year-old Lowell Crane, of Mitchell, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He was also cited for false and fictitious registration and improper lane change.
