(BEDFORD) - 51-year-old Timothy Carey of Valparaiso was arrested last night after he was involved in a property damage accident on U.S 50, near the Plaza Motel.
Carey was wanted on a warrant in Porter County for failure to appear, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and for being a habitual traffic violator.
