(BLOOMINGTON) - 26-year-old Daniel J. Stoner, of Indianapolis, was arrested Friday, after police saw him make “an apparent drug exchange” with two other men in an alley along Walnut Street, says Bloomington Lt. Bill Parker.
Stoner was charged with possession of a narcotic, after police found a glass pipe and cocaine in his pocket.
Parker says, the other men were not arrested because police found no drugs in their possession.
