Last updated on Wednesday, October 26, 2011

(JASONVILLE) - 33-year-old David Dailey Jr., was arrested after he went to his ex-girlfriend’s house drunk.

He was arrested and charged Monday with possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and trespassing and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Police say Dailey went to the home of his ex-girlfriend in Jasonville drunk and persisted to knock on the door and refused to leave. It was the second time Dailey had been at the house that day.

The woman has a no trespass order filed against Dailey. When police arrived they arrested Dailey for violating that no trespass order. When police searched him, they found pills that Dailey did not have a prescription for.

Dailey told police he came there to give his ex-girlfriend cigarettes and $16 to purchase Halloween costumes for the couple's children.
