(NASHVILLE) - A California man accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old Brown County girl two years ago is scheduled to go to trial Wednesday in Brown Circuit Court.
Richard Wayne Hyde is charged with three counts of child molesting, two Class A felonies that carry a maximum sentence of 50 years in prison and a Class C felony that has a sentencing range of two to eight years.
Court records show that Hyde's arrest stems from allegations of abuse made by a 9-year-old girl.
