(BLOOMINGTON) - Mayor Mark Kruzan has announced that trick-or-treat hours for this year’s Halloween holiday will be Monday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
A webpage - bloomington.in.gov/halloween - has been created on the City website featuring the trick-or-treat times, safety tips from the City of Bloomington Police Department and details about Halloween-themed events hosted by the Parks & Recreation Department.
Questions or comments about trick-or-treat hours and activities can be directed to the Office of the Mayor at 349-3406.
