Bedford Man Arrested After Slapping Wife

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he slapped his wife in the face Saturday afternoon at their home in the 1800 block of O Street.

32-year-old Joseph Bowman was arrested by Bedford Police officers and charged with domestic battery and taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
