(SHOALS) - A Shoals teen is in the hospital following an accident while on an ATV.
Conservation Officers say 18-year-old Cole L. Howell was riding the ATV on Butler Ridge Road Saturday afternoon when he lost control of the ATV and left the roadway and crashed.
Officers say Howell suffered head injuries.
He was taken by ambulance to the Shoals Fire Department where he was airlifted to an Evansville hospital. No update on his condition was available.
