(FRANKLIN) - A Martinsville man who has been convicted for indecent exposure was arrested this week after police say he exposed himself to another woman.
The woman told police she was riding her bike in downtown Franklin when the man got out of his truck and exposed himself. Police later found the man, 31-year-old Justin Matthew Wagers, and arrested him on a preliminary charge of public nudity.
The woman told police she was concerned because the incident happened around 8:30 a.m., when children could be going to school. She said she thought the man may have mistaken her for a child because she's petite.
Police found the man's truck using the woman's description. The woman then identified Wagers after police showed her a photo of him.
Wagers told police he didn't expose himself, and that he drove directly to the courthouse after leaving his home. He was convicted in 2002 and 2005 for public indecency involving juveniles.
Wagers was released from the Johnson County Jail on $6,000 bond.
