(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police officers arrested a Celestine man after they stopped his vehicle at the River Bridge Wednesday night.
Bedford Police officers arrested a Celestine man after they stopped the vehicle he was riding in at the River Bridge Wednesday night.
Police said they saw a person throw a syringe out of the car.
John J. Greenwell, 32, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
