(MITCHELL) - A Sunday afternoon car accident in Mitchell injured two people, the crash happened on SR 37 at the intersection with Park Implements Road.
According to Lawrence County Police Philip Durbin of Paoli was traveling southbound towards Park Implements Road when the driver of the second car, Carol McBride of Orleans pulled into the path of Durbin, stating she didn't see his car.
According to police it appears Durbin was in the turn lane when the crash occurred.
McBride complained of pain to her head, Sara Mathers, a passenger in Durbin's car complained of pain to her leg and foot.
