Five Year Old Suffers Minor Cuts In Wednesday Crash

(BEDFORD) - A one vehicle accident on SR 37 Wednesday afternoon injured a 5 year old boy.

According to the Lawrence County Police Department 28 year old Amber Rayhill was traveling south on SR 37 just south of the SR37/US50 junction when for unknown reasons she drove off the left side of the roadway.

Rayhill continued into the northbound lanes before driving down a grass embankment and rolling her 2003 Oldsmobile.

Rayhill was unable to tell police the cause of the accident.

The 5 year old boy Conner Guthrie suffered minor cuts to his hands.

A blood test was administered to Rayhill and police are awaiting the results of a toxicology report.
