(VINCENNES, IN) - A Vincennes woman was arrested Wednesday on drug and neglect charges after her 4-year-old son was found wandering alone several blocks from home.
33-year-old Amy Small is being held without bond at the Knox County Jail on four counts of child neglect, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Her four children were turned over to the department of child services.
