(WASHINGTON, IN) - A Daviess County man faces a murder charge in the death of his four-month-old son.
21-year-old Corey Lyons allegedly told police he became so frustrated with the child's crying that he slammed the youngster's head repeatedly against the floor.
A preliminary autopsy showed the baby died of blunt force trauma to the head.
He faces charges of murder and neglect of a dependent resulting in death.
