(LOUISVILLE,KY) - An Indiana man has been charged with traveling across state lines to engage in sex acts with a minor.
According to the FBI, 32-year old James Michael Young of Ft. Wayne says he met the teen on www.vampirefreaks.com.young met a 13-year-old girl in Richmond, Ky., through the site, went to her home in march and engaged in sex acts.
