(BEDFORD, IN) - A Florida man was arrested in Lawrence County early this morning.
Police say that 22-year-old James Maple was booked into the Lawrence County Jail after officers received a tip from Lake County, Florida authorities that Maple was wanted for hate crimes.
Further investigation into the case reveals that Maple is believed to have spray-painted vulgar, anti-Semitic graffiti on the side of a partially constructed synagogue in Florida.
The man currently awaits extradition back to the sunshine state.
