(VINCENNES) - A Vincennes man faces additional counts of trading in sexually explicit materials involving minors.
29-year-old Jonathan David Martin is being charged with 14 new counts after being indicted back on March 31st for possession and receipt of sexually explicit materials involving minors.
According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Shellenbarger, Martin faces a maximum 20-years in prison for the possession counts and not more than 10 years for the receipt counts.
