(BEDFORD, IN) - Three people were injured Monday afternoon when a car flipped onto its side.

Police say that 48-year-old Kevin Mullis was driving west on 15th Street through the intersection of L Street when a northbound car on L Street entered the intersection and crashed into Mullis's car.

The impact of 46-year-old Deborah Sexton's car caused Mullis's vehicle to overturn. Mullis and his passenger complained of shoulder and neck pain.

Sexton was cited for disregarding an automatic signal and false and fictitious registration.
