(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Monroe County judge will determine the fate of an I.U. student accused of raping a fellow student today.
Judge Teresa Harper heard testimony Thursday in the case for 19-year-old Hai Yu.
In an agreement, Yu entered a guilty plea to rape and criminal confinement in February with 5 other charges to be dropped.
Authorities say Yu dragged a female student away from a fraternity party and raped her in a dorm in March of 2010.
