(ORLEANS, IN) - Orleans Town officials have announced a list town streets remain water covered and closed off early this morning due to recent flash flooding.
Officials say that 4th Street from Monroe to Wilson; Monroe to Second to Fourth and Jim Stalker Way to Second to Fourth have all been closed.
