(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Monroe County correctional officer was arrested on Tuesday for trafficking with an inmate.
Police say that 23-year-old William David Lee was arrested and accused of bringing three cans of tobacco into the jail; delivering it to an inmate in exchange for $30.
