(BEDFORD, IN) - A French Lick woman has been arrested for starting the fires in the bed and bath section at Kmart in March.
Police say that 39-year-old Alissa M. Sage exchanged a message on Facebook that contained information the woman should not have known about the fire.
Sage says she started the fires using a white disposable lighter.
Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says Sage has a mental disability which may have contributed to her setting the fires.
