(VINCENNES, IN) - Vincennes residents are installing flood gates to protect against the rising Wabash River.
Knox County Emergency Management workers say four of the city's five gates were up Friday afternoon.
They plan to enforce the last one this weekend.
The Wabash is expected to crest at 26 feet Monday.
