Two Injured In Friday Afternoon Collision

(AVOCA, IN) - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon.

Police say that 17-year-old Kelsey R. Vita was traveling on Highway 54 when she slowed to make a left turn onto North Pike Road.

39-year-old April D. King was following Vita when she reached down to put a drink in the center console ultimately leading to the collision.

Vita and a passenger 15-year-old Kameron Fish suffered neck pain in the wreck.
